Every idea is rigorously evaluated against our proprietary scoring matrix to ensure auditability and the best use of resources.

Submissions with avg scores under 40 are considered non-viable in current form.

Originality and differentiators from existing WV solutions.

Problem Definition 10 pts

Articulation of relevance with KPIs and business cases.

Feasibility 15 pts

Technical practicality and operational risk management.

Impact 30 pts

Evidence-based delta in productivity or program quality.

Proof of Concept viability and implementation roadmap.
